I installed an HP printer driver, but it was the wrong one. I installed printer only and I wanted an all in 1 of a different printer. Where is the HP printer driver stuff stored and how do I uninstall it?
I see nothing listed in applications.

The default directory for the OS X printer drivers is "Macintosh HD/Library/Printers". "Macintosh HD" may be different depending on if you renamed your HDD. And the user-installed drivers should be located in "Home/Library/Printers" with "Home" as the short name of your Mac.
So I think you can just delete the user-installed driver from that location ("Home/Library/Printers"). It doesn't hurt to delete any other unnecessary OS X printer drivers either. You can save about 2GB of HDD space and can always reinstall them if necessary. You can get printer drivers from the OS X Install DVD and usually from the printer manufacturer's website too. -
I deleted that. Strangely I only had 63MB of info in there. I was really excited I could save disk space. Thanks again Xander.

When I mentioned deleting printer drivers to save disk space I meant the OS X pre-installed drivers ("Macintosh HD/Library/Printers"). Normally there would be numerous folders for the manufacturer's (HP, Epson, Canon, etc.). Unless you already deleted them or reinstalled OS X and deselected the drivers.
You only had 63MB of drivers there?
