Hi everyone, I am interested in purchasing some bluetooth speakers (eg parrot boombox) in an effort to cut out cable clutter and allow my macbook to stream music/sound etc from anyway in my room.
I have searched the web, but so far I have only found reports that A2DP works, but no real info on how well, quality etc.

Thus is anyone out there using A2DP to stream sound under leopard?

    How is the quality?

Is there much of a delay ie how to well do movies sync up with sound?

Any advice for bluetooth receivers, speakers etc?

    Thanks in advance

Ok so I kinda found my own answer!
So far there is very little info, but from the one or two reports out there, A2DP on the macbook is crap. iMac seems to be ok. not sure for mbp.
On the upside I found airfoil, which is a small program that allows you to send any music/sound to the airport express. With some tinkering and vlc, many people have been able to sync up the audio with dvd's and video files. So I think I will go down this path. Just waiting now to see what is released at macworld.
