Lol, I guess you skipped my post and jumped to the specs. That is a desktop computer, it came with a 23" 1080p monitor.

My point in that post was that Apple's delay made me realize I didn't need to replace my current laptop with a high end laptop. I just bought a desktop instead.

I will be buying a Macbook (Late 2009) in the event that I will need to travel. The only thing I really want in a laptop is portability, decent battery life and of course an optical drive. It is why I believe Apple makes the laptops that best suit my needs.

So yeah, when I'm at home ... I will have my powerful desktop to use and when I'm on the go ... All I'm doing is chatting/social networking/email/web browsing ... Nothing that Macbook cannot handle.

akin_t: It seems you have misinterpreted my post.

It was aimed at this statement:
"^ another lost sale for Apple. the longer it takes them to launch, the more people they'll lose."

As opposed to the fact that you are buying a Dell instead.

It was meant as an argument against the fact that just because they are taking longer to release something doesn't mean people won't buy it. Not against the fact that you realized you didn't need a heavy duty laptop, so you bought something else. In fact, that doesn't even make sense as an argument against that soo...

    I accept your apology. ;)
