Heh, i was just wondering how to load the battery in the IR Remote![]()
-
on the bottom of the remote, there's a little circular dent. press it with some sharp object and the battery will pop out.
-
ah that is how it works.
But now i have another problem, i already had that before so it does not have something to do with the battery.
I can't control the mac with the IR remote anymore... it just does not react.
I have enabled IR remote in the system preferences... before i played around with pressing the Menu and Play/Forward buttons but i think it worked still worked after i did that... i don't know anymore.
Now it doesn't work anymore -
try re-pairIR your laptop with your remote? I think the manual describes how it work, but I don't have it with me.

Have a look and see IF a remote has been pair and if so, un-pair it and then re-pair you're remote as it might have been paired with another remote. This is a long shot, but a possibility.
