    I AHVE another question, if i buy it from apple website can i get it professionally(bestbuy) swaped my hdd into a larger without getting the warranty voided?

    Actually, for the MacBook, you don't even need Best Buy to do it for you, you can change the hard drive yourself on the MacBook without voiding the warranty. But for the MacBook Pro, you need an Apple certified technician to install the hard drive.

    how the best buy guys said if the hard drvie messed up it will void the warranty

    SO HOW DO I SWAP THE HDD AND GET THE OS BUILT transfer? so it will not void on a macbook only on the pro?

    Yes, changing the hard drive on the MacBook does not void the warranty. It does on the MBP unless you get a technician. Its really easy on the MacBook.
