    So i have Mac OSX in an iso format. I try and burn it on my windows system, but its not letting me.. I try extracting it, but no archives show up. I know this is a windows error, but how do i get this to install on my apple computer if i cant get it onto a disc????

    what program are you using to burn the image? see if iso-buster can mount the iso up and verify it. (i think it can also burn the image for you too... not sure)

    im using alcohol 120.. so far it hasnt worked at all..

    are you trying to burn it on a regular CD disc or a DVD? i think the iso is in DVD format...

    a friend gave me an iso that he had, but he has had the same issue.. i just tryed isobuster and i cant get it to extract..

    OK now I'm 99.9% certain you have an illegal copy of OSX. Sorry, but you're not going to get any answers on this Forum to help you with piracy.

    Umm...if you bought a Mac it comes with its own Installation Discs...

    I just burnt a kubuntu iso using "iso recorder" for Vista 32--it is freely available here

    yea just use the installation disks that came with your mac. or, are you trying to install the iso on a windows machine?

    What you are trying to do is pirate OS X it seems, and that is against our forum rules. If you have a Mac, call Apple and they will probably replace your OS X discs for you.
