    That makes...no sense. It looks like Alienware is just desperate now, they can't compare to Dell because Dell owns them, and they can't compare to boutique companies because it would alert more people to their presence and rob alienware of more sales because other boutique vendors are a LOT cheaper.

    They're caught betwixt a rock and a hard place and they're slowly being suffocated.

    I love how they 'forget' to mention anything about weight, battery life, bundled software...

    Well, to me, the alienware has the apple beat in every department except aesthetics. And with SLI graphics, it's smokin'.

    Apple and Alienware are nowherer even close to the same thing, the HP also for that matter. Why were they comparing themselves to them? I agree they seem desperate, they can't compare to Dell any longer. Ha, sucks for them.
