I would like to install Vista when it comes out, and I'm wondering if I can also use its high-end GUI, the Aero Glass.

no, you can't. The GMA950 isn't poweful enough to run Glass smoothly. You can still run it if you don't mind the choppiness.

I had noticed this post (about the new Vista beta running on Boot Camp), and it did mention the Aero glass effects even working on a regular MacBook: http://home.mchsi.com/~khadzic/MyWebsite/files/cfc6211606c6ae86a4169400da828a6d-26.html
Nothing to back it up though. -
This is not true. The Intel GMA950 was designed specifically to support Vista Aero/Glass. If you run the Vista compatibility checker tool that Microsoft released two months ago on the Macbook, it passes all requirements for Aero/Glass. The compatibility checker actually rates the Macbook a "10", so it's definitely ready for everything Vista has to offer. Anecdotal reports from people running Vista on Macbooks have also been positive.

Thanks for the help guys.

I wouldn't see why Aero wouldn't work anyways, remember that the Windows environment has access to more video memory than what OS X will allow.
Is the intergrated graphics in MacBook good enough for Aero Glass?
