My 250 gb hard drive is split. 200 gb for Mac, 50 gb for Windows.

Now I know that the mac side can be backed up with bootcamp for sure. On the windows side I have played through GTA 4 half way and want to keep my game. Will bootcamp be able to backup this partition as well? If not, what are my options?

Note that this is because I have decided to swap my MBP for the 2.53 ghz model.

You can use winclone to copy your bootcamp partition completely.

    It runs in osx.

This is a good question, I was debating in setting up bootcamp or not myself.
