in the desktops I have posted I am using a vista iconset with iconpackager from stardock. which isn't a free program, I am only using it because a license was bought for me by a friend.

if you use Vista Inspirit from www.crystalxp.net or another shell pack, you can change the folders like that as well.

    also check out http://www.osx-e.com/

it is a mac emulation site, and also a great site for info on how to customize xp, as well as OS X

heres an example of a SysStat docklet

My clock is a SysStat docklet.
It can also be a round dial clock too if you want it. Other SysStat docklets include CPU usage, battery meters, real time weather docklets etc.
Any kind of gauge can be done with SysStat.

    heres some more samples

^^awesome! I really like some of those gauges, do you have any links to get some of these docklets?

ALSO, I included everything that I use in the Download on deviant art, along with very complete instructions how how to use everything, hope you enjoy :p

also, I am not someone who makes icons and themes and all that, I just did this all for myself, as it is what I wanted to use. I got into what I was doing so I though I would share.

you can try adding the SysStat widget dll but im not sure if they will work with RocketDock. The shells between rocket and star are pretty identical if not the same but you can try
