So I went to open Limewire and it showed that it didn't work. It said that the classic environment was no longer supported. I have downloaded about 8 different versions. Anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?

I don't think anybody can help you with limewire on here.
-
Why would anyone still use limewire?
-
It's only for the better, Limewire sucks.
-

Utorrent is a p2p client. Utorrent is getting old? -
I use transmission for albums and discographies torrents, limewire for individual songs its way faster than looking up torrents and downloading. Limewire's torrent support is kind of bad and slow. And of course I only download non-copyrighted music so I'm not doing anything illegal.

HUH? But ok. So uTorrent seems like the one people suggest. That or frostwire. Ill have to check that out.

-1 for utorrent (mac) I tried this for a while but the beta was very buggy, constantly going to 100% cpu. Switched back to transmission, and now I wonder why I ever bothered to switch in the first place.
+1 for transmission
Its very light weight and works

Try using Frostwire. It does the same things as Limewire.
