I'm looking for a calender that will let me print off notes. I've tried iCal, Entourage, Google but with no luck with printing off notes. I know Microsoft Office 2007 Outlook you can do it but I really don't want to install Windows on my Mac. If anybody has any suggestions of a really good calender please let me know. Thankyou!!

If you print in list view it will show the notes in iCal. As for printing just the notes, I can think of workarounds, like making a text file. Using Automator, you could potentially make this a one or two step process. But that is not ideal obviously.

In iCal, go File-->Print. This will bring up a preview pane with several options on the left. The very top option is View. In there you will be able to choose Day, Week, Month, List. HTH!

**EDIT** But the notes only show in List View AFAIK, which is unfortunate. Hopefully Leopard greatly improves on the print features of iCal.

What about the Palm desktop program? I'm not sure if you can print, but it's not a bad calendar program if that's what you're after.
