I am running Parallels on my MBP and that is working fine. However when i use the Startup option in System Preferences Windows will start fine but i no longer have the Boot camp on the Windows task bar or control panel and i have to rebbot to the Mac OS by holding the Option key and restarting the computer.

Is there a way to restore it?

that is the windows Taskbar for ya. I have never understood why it can't have a consistant set up icons in the taskbar.

i would imagine if you went to it in Control Panel you could restore it.

honestly though, it is easier to just reboot and hold Option.
