    Dear all,

I bought my MPB a couple months ago. Recently, I noticed that it takes much longer time to enter sleep mode (10 sec).

I changed the sleep mode to '0' but it still didn't help.

Any advice to knock the thing to slumber?

    thank you so much

    chris

Any computer will slow down with use, and 10sec to enter sleep sounds reasonable enough to me. The only thing i have seen that sleeps/resumes instantly is my PDA.

You can try and reinstall OSX (to restore to factory configuration) if you're so keen to get it to sleep faster.
