    Hello,

I am at a loss here. I am trying to login to a wifi router to get online. It is encypted with WPA personal. I know the password and I know I typed it correct. OS X keeps telling me that it can not connect to the network. I tried with both the airport robustness setting off and on. I am using Windows (via bootcamp) right now and it all works great so it cant be the hardware. The signal is strong too.

I have tried changing the wifi channel. The router sid name and nothing helps. When I googled I saw that a lot of people are having problems with belkin routers but this is a router from a compny called Zoom and the firmware is up to date.

Is there any solution to this? I tried searching but it seems its only people complaining that it doesnt work and the only solution that is given is to buy a new router which I dont want to.

    Thank you!

did you try the classic insertion of the $ symbol before the password?

This may be a stupid question, but are you typing in the correct capitalization? I have done this before, felt stupid afterwards.

No I am sure the password is right. OS X has the option to show the pass key in clear text, so I am sure.

I guess there is no solution :(

$ is usually before a hex key, put quotes "" around it if it's an ascii password - this will at least sometimes fix issues like this.
