My MBP keeps "forgetting" my wireless network at home. It will work fine for a while and then it will stop connecting and give me a connection timeout error. If I change the password on the network (WPA2) it will work fine for a while.
iPhone works fine on the same network and MBP works fine at school on unsecured network

    ideas?
it's the last generation, right before unibody

I always have this problem, and I have the Unibody MB. All I would have to do is turn the router off, then turn it back on. Sometimes I would have to reset it back to factory defaults, without a WPA or a WPA2 and just let it be an unrestricted network. Go in Safari/any web browser, and type in your ISP, and it will take you to the website of the router you have. It will link you directly to a page of settings and you can set up the router, troubleshoot it, and reset it. It will also let you download updates if you need them. I have a Linksys Wireless N router, but it might be different depending on what brand router you have. ;)
