    Mac Book Pro 13 inch and Windows 7

    I'm considering buying a new Mac Book Pro 13" inch. Will windows 7 run on this? Has anyone tried it, what sort of battery life am I looking at? Will I lose some functionality, like the backlit keys?

    It will run, and run just fine. But Apple drivers for WIndows 7 sucks. It gets maybe 60% of the battery life that OS X gets.

    The backlit KB and function buttons still work.

    it will work...battery life will be approximately half of os x. the machine will get 10-15c hotter. keyboard light cannot be turned off using shortcut keys unless ambient light sensor detects high amount of background light..
