I currently possess a Mac pro 1.1 with dual 2.6ghz dual core cpus. ive been reading, and alot of it is quite complicated for a person with little experience with macs (Using the terminal and such) (alot of pc experience tho)
Im curious if i am able to install windows 10 onto this beast, and if i do so, would i be able to put in my gtx 1060 graphics card?

Well, as far as gaming goes, you're not going to find a lot of games (if any) which will actually support a dual-CPU configuration, so most likely it will only run off of one CPU. But even if both CPUs were supported, these are 2006-era CPUs and unless you're planning on running older games on this machine, you're going to severely bottleneck the GTX 1060. In addition, you're probably not going to find reasonably-priced RAM upgrades since you'll need DDR2 ECC RAM, and even without any upgrades you're looking at a very inefficient computer that sucks power from the wall.
Honestly, I think the best upgrade you could do here would be to take out the motherboard completely and put in current-era parts in it; basically, build a brand-new computer while reusing the case. This is assuming that the Mac Pro uses a standard motherboard style (ATX, mATX, etc.) and not something Apple-specific (hard to tell from images). -
Yeah, i did find a 32gb (8x4gb) on ebay for 60$ awhile ago, and concidered it. hmm
And it doesnt use a standard motherboard style either :L -
