I've recently been loaned an Apple 23" Cinema Display (pretty sexy piece of hardware, I know :D) and I'm wondering if any of you have any experience running an external monitor of this size from a MacBook (non-pro). I know that I'll need to buy a mini-DVI to DVI adapter (hence why I haven't just hooked it up and tried it yet), but I'm more concerned about the video processing power of my MacBook. I don't do anything really graphics intensive, but I usually have a lot of windows open and, well, that's a lot of pixels to push.

    Any thoughts?
