Is there anyway to fix this? Any replies are appreciated

My MBP does a similar thing. It eventually does say 100% if you leave it charging for a while. My theory is that the battery is in constant use, even when plugged in.

I do not think there is a problem with the battery. It's more the fact that the software has to figure out how much juice is in there, which isn't 100% accurate but very close none-the-less.

Your battery needs to fall to either 95 or 96% before it will start charging again.
-
I believe its normal that it takes a while to reach 100%, or power was disrupted during that time, and because the charge is above 96%, the battery won't be charged any more until it drops below that to prevent overcharging
.

Same with my MBP, it always said 99% after charged.

This is not an issue, just use it on battery for a while and then reconnect, it'll almost certainly charge up to 100% again. Don't worry.

yeah the laptop won't recharge the battery until it gets down to the lower 90's%.
just gonna have to deal with it. part of the design. all laptops work that way. -
It is GOOD that your laptop does that, stop trying to fix it. Check out the Battery Guide.
MacBook Air only charges tio 99%?
