That's an artistic concept by a third party...very nice though. The keyboard reminds me of the RAZR 1's buttons :p.

Hopefully they'd be better than a RAZR keypad though :p
RAZR's are such POS lol... but thats a bit off topic.

I can't wait to see if macworld has some cool new laptops to show off. I'd be up for a new ultra portable! Not sure how they'd cool it... but others can do it, I'm sure Apple can think of some ingenious way.

If you go on www.macrumors.com they talk about Apple designing a docking station resembling an iMac. It looks really awesome but if they were to do that I coudl imagine it being like $800 because it has a display which means probably a cinema display, and a 20" Cinema Display is $600 sooooo

Thats a pretty old patent, is it not? It was still using the design of the old iMac, not the new ones, so its probably not going to happen. Its a pretty cool idea though, for sure.

That might be a pretty cool design but buying an external monitor is waaayyy cheaper than that I would think. I guess that's many of Apple's patents that never go beyond the idea stage.

I like the idea... as long as it works with my MBP. I've been looking into getting a larger monitor for some time now and this would fit the bill for the right price. Hopefully, MacWorld presents something official for this... (a long shot, but I'm always optimistic).
