I am thinking about buying a Macbook pr 13". But I am concerned about they keys. Specifically the arrow keys. Those are the keys I use the most. I tried them at the store and they seem a little bit on the small side. But my biggest concern is how they will hold up with wear and tear. Will they loose their firmness and become worn out with in a year? And what about tilting? I heard some stories about the keys that become 'tilted'. To me this sounds like a key that is tilted looses it's firmness and gives less feedback. Will I have this problem?

I've had my Unibody Macbook for about 6 months now, and with fairly heavy gaming, mine have yet to loose their "firmness." They're still holding up great. Just don't mash them too hard and they'll be fine, just like any other keyboard. ;)

I bought an unibody Macbook, 2.4" back last December. (Basically the same as the 13" MBP right now minus the firewire, 60% higher gamut display, sd card slot, and extended non-removable battery.) I basically went into Bootcamp and played Team Fortress 2 for about two hours, and the W key became squeaky. Though I may have been holding down the W key for the majority of the two hours (since that's the forward key) I'd hope to get over just two hours of use from the keyboard, but that's just me.

But for your sake, my sake, and everyone's sake, I hope that unit was just weird - if all units were like that, Apple would have a serious problem in its hands. Plus, I just got a 13" MBP too.
