    Max Ram for MacBook 2.16ghz?

    Was 3gb the limit for the Core 2 2.16ghz BlackBook? Would Leopard recognize 3gb? I know the generation after mine (Merom?) supported up to 4gb...If I put 2 2gb chips in would it recognize 3.5gb?

    It recognises and supports 4gb with no issue
