This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Hi,

    I bought memory for my macbook 2007 from newegg (with the configurator-so should be the right one).

    After I installed it and try to start the notebook just the cd drive starts but nothing else...

    Does this mean the ram is dead or just does not work?
