I picked this up today, wanted to stay with the apple theme, and Im pretty impressed with it. Very smooth.
Anyone know how to double click with it? Anyone know any good tricks or settings?
I also may be adding the Cinema 23 inch in a few weeks. Its like a desktop with the mouse and a cinema!
Also, what is this no mousepad stuff??? I want a mousepad! Apple doesnt make ANY apparently.

www.razerzone.com they have great mousepads. Along with great mice, unlike Apple
and double clicking? just click twice...
-
I like this mighty mouse! It's different. Ive got a G5 on the XPS, and this is a nice change. Im all about the "feel" of the mac.
-
I've always hated Apple mice... think they're some of the worst mice in existance. I even use my owm mouse at school to avoid using them
-
LOL I guess we'll agree to disagree!!!
Its different, again with this mac switch I'm all about the DIFFERENT feel of Mac. Im having fun with it. -
If you like it, that's all that matters right?
-
I'm always amazed when people say they like the mighty mouse. It's totally style over substance. You can't right click without lifting your index finger off the mouse, and being Bluetooth, it has more lag than.... any other mouse I've used in recent memory. But that was just my take on it. ...

So these Razer bluetooth mice:

Dont have any sort of lag? I have been hearing from several people that there is some lag due to the bluetooth technology. Are these mice just better designed and respond better than most mice? I am considering buying one of these. -
stealthsniper96 What Was I Thinkin'?
Laser mice don't need mousepads....
-
Unless you have a glass table
And mouse pads can help with comfort and precision.

I personally prefer Logitech mice, but yeah
. Yeah, Apple doesn't make mousepads.
-
Apple's forte` isn't really mice so if you want a serious mouse then I would suggest something like the Logitech VX Revolution or similar.
-
Yeah but I like the mighty mouse...been using it for a day now and I like the look and the feel. My next accessory is the 23 cinema.
-
I bought an Allsop mousepad last week at best buy. Almost $20... but it's dang near frictionless.
Regarding the Mighty Mouse ... it's pretty bad IMHO. I've never been impressed. It needs to have 2 physically separate mouse buttons. -
Yeah I agree but for now Im all MAC!
What else can I get for this thing in terms of accessories? -
Find Steve Jobs and start throwing money at him personally. Maybe he'll give you a rock that says "Apple" on it, but has the same or worse function as a PC rock, for double the cost. lolol.
-
LOL ok I asked for that...lol
-
Yeah I was thinking about getting a mighty mouse but personally I find having to pick up my index finger to right click annoying. i got a microsoft bluetooth mouse and it works fantastically and it comes in a matching silver/aluminum colors
. It originally wanted me to use a USB bluetooth reciever but after one try I got it to go reciever-less. Lol just a little blurb, enjoy the mighty mouse. I would get one, they look awesome, are well built, and are a guaranteed-to-work product, I just think the right click thing stated above is annoying and I've heard the scroll wheel fills up with crap all the time
