I took the bottom cover off my Macbook (newest model) and one of the screws seems to have just disappeared.
WHere can I get replacement screws?

iFixit: The free repair manual
These guys have quite a variety of MB hardware items, including the tiny screws.
Here's an example.... http://www.ifixit.com/Mac-Parts/MBP-Unibody-15"/239#0-Screws
Edit:
It appears that individual screws are not available, so it may get a little pricey replacing just one. See if your Apple Store has them. -
Err, $60 for screws??

Yeah,
Kinda puts a sharp point on the term "Appletax", eh? LOL
Try this place. Used parts. http://mac.macrecycling.com/screws-c-14.html?osCsid=1jle4gn5j3holjfvlnpj1lt9f4
