    Hello guys ... I live in ROMANIA and I cannot buy anything from iTunes. I know there is an alternative solution like buying gift cards from ebay, but I also wonder if I buy a MobileMe account, can I login in iTunes Store with my MM account and download music and stuff?

    Nope, you can't.

    However, there are workarounds. I have a us paypal account (i dont live in the us) with my venezuelan credit card. Apparently paypal doesn't check your address, anyway I have that attached to the US itunes store, been using that system for a while now, works for all kinds of purchases, from songs to ipod touch software upgrades.

    Be warned though, that if you need customer support they will probably check your info and most likely delete your account.

    No this isn't illegal.
