    i did some really quick google searching and it seems like it doesnt support it but maybe you guys know something else

    my friend has bluetooth headphones that is letting me use to see if the work on my mbp. i am able to make the device connect but i have no idea how i would get music through them, or even it is able to play the music through them

    anyone know if this works or not?

    it should anyway. You should be able to set the sound out in Preference/Audio and set it to the bluetooth headphones. I even tried using a mono headset to listen to a movie. It sounded like crap (just a phone headset) but worked flawlessly.

    Of course iChat and Skype work happily with that stuff as well.
