    My Screen is dead for mac book pro 15"

    My mac book pro 15" next gen has now only 16 colors no matter what i do like no matter how many times i reboot or shut down or reset my hardware i only now get 16 colors.

    Does anyone know how to fix this?

    ahh thanks i did that already but they want me to send it to apple fix it centre i was just hoping that someone knows how to fix it with some tricks and know how.

    1. Shut down the computer.
    2. Locate the following keys on the keyboard: Command, Option, P, and R. You will need to hold these keys down simultaneously in step 4.
    3. Turn on the computer.
    4. Press and hold the Command-Option-P-R keys. You must press this key combination before the gray screen appears.
    5. Hold the keys down until the computer restarts and you hear the startup sound for the second time.
    6. Release the keys.

    I'd take it to the Apple store to see what they have to say. Worst case scenario is that they can say no to a replacement! Good luck George! :)
