    Just to share my happiness.Apple care hk is very good.i just lost my whole recovery disc and i life 09 disc and also the receipt.i just call apple care.they said they will send me the whole disc free of charge also free mail fee($0).oow what a nice customer service.long live apple........i'm so happy today..... :D :D
