Wow! Have you guys seen what the new version of parallels can do?
I understand it can now allow you to boot seperatly (with bootcamp) from the Parallels image.
It also now has a new feature that, well, it's hard to describe. But it puts the windows start bar in OS X. So all your programs are running like they're OS X native. It's really wicked. Plus you can drag and drop from the XP window to OS X.
Can't wait to get a license![]()

It is still in beta. Runnning windows from the same partition requires a re-activation. Lots of people reported halts and crashes.
The feature set is impressive, but this build is still note ready for production use. Appreciate with care. ;-) -

My friend said the performance with this release is much improved. -
