My Windows crashed, so I reloaded it. Now there is no sound on the Windows side, even though there is no apparent reason for this. Mute is not on, etc. Everything works find on the Mac side. Anyone ever run into this?

I think you need to disable and enable the volume control. I had this issue more than once before and I did enable disable volume control and it works, or you need a new sound card if your current sound card is damaged, or update the sound card drive from the internet.

Thanks. I am not sure what it means to disable the volume control, but I turned it down and back up without result. I also tried to download a newer sound card drive, but was told mine was current. I will have a tech at work look at it on Monday.
