So I'm wondering if there's a non-Apple, and ideally scissor-action, keyboard which features the same functionality on the function key row (in both OS X and Boot Camp).

It's something I'd like, just that I'm not willing to tolerate using Apple's HelloRSIboard to get it.

I'm not clear on whether the above keyboards duplicate the function of the Apple keyboard on the top row. That is what I'm primarily interested in, along with the keyboard action. I already have a scissor-action keyboard with media functions that I'm happy with in terms of keyboard action, but I'd like the functions of the Apple keyboard available in Boot Camp and OS X.
