    What is the trick to clicking one triangle and opening all triangles in that folder? I could swear there's a way to do this.

    Yeah, hold in Option or Alt when you click on the triangle.

    Hold option and click. It worked for me.

    How do you get pictures of thumbnails instead of just the jpg icon.

    Yeah, it's the only way to even get the triangles?

    It is something like that, hold some key or combination of keys down and click, but I just can't figure it out. :(
