Ok, this is a real newb question. On my PC, I'm a huge user of keyboard navigation, particularly page-up and down, and the home/end keys to move to the start/end of a line. (Not to mention ctrl-arrow keys to word-forward and back.) For certain kinds of navigation, this is enormously faster than moving your hand over to the mouse and back.
When I look at a Mac keyboard, none of these keys even exist.
Do y'all have some other way of quickly navigating around?

Cmd+Left Arrow = Home
Cmd+Right = End
Fn+Up = Page Up
Fn+Down = Page Down
Alt+Left = Jumps to previous word
Alt+Right = Jumps to next word
Cmd+Up = Go to top
Cmd+Down = Go to bottom
There's more.
That said, I find having dedicated Home/End/PgUp/PgDown keys on my Windows development desktop machine much more convenient. -
Yeah, dedicated keys are better, but I can live with that.
Seems like Mac keyboards have gotten strange since I last had one... Cmd, Fn and Alt modifiers? -
Yeah, you'll mostly have to use two hands now. But three finger swipe helps some (for "back" and "Forward"). Actually, Home, End, PgUp/PgDown-keys might be a strong enough reason for me to go back to a regular PC for my portable needs.

Page-Up/Down, End/Home keys?
