    hey i just wanted to know if there is a keyboard shortcut for bullets while using pages. i know in word i can press ctrl shift and L at the same time i believe, but i was wondering if there is anything like that for pages, thanks in advance!

    Yes there is. Sorry I don't have Pages on this Mac so I'm going off memory somewhat, which is bad because I hardly ever use Pages. Anyways, I believe you need to assign styles (like bullets) to F1-F8 keys through the Styles Drawer, then you just select the text and press the F1-F8 style you want.

    hey eternal thank you for the link. i found the f1-f8 shortcuts, but i still cant get it to work, i assigned the bullet style to F1 but when i select the text and press F1 my screen lowers in brightness haha. does anyone know if i am missing something? thanks!

    That should work.

    If you'd rather not have to press fn, you can change your keyboard settings as such. Go to System Preferences --> Keyboard & Mouse, Select the Keyboard Tab, then Check the box next to "Use all F1, F2, etc. keys as standard function keys." This way you'll only have to press F1 or whatever in Pages. But if you want to control the display's brightness, you'll now have to press fn + F1. Choose whichever way is more convenient for your needs ;).
