Any feedback on how Parallels performs on the 2011 MBA 13'' with the 1.7 i5? Can the processor and 4 gb of RAM run it smoothly? I'd primarily be using Parallels for very light gaming (mostly just Football Manager and Counter-strike). Would they run ok or would boot camp be necessary to effectively play them? Thanks for the help!

Probably on low-med settings fluently. I would never game on a macbook, especially an air, with an exception for mac app games. I think you have a better chance playing them on a mac OS, at least for cs source because it can play it natively. I know the fan can kick up and the laptop can heat up a lot even during video rendering.
