Hello!
Well, I know os x can read a hard drive formatted in fat32, but I was wondering, if I formatted my windows partition in ntsf, could windows read my os x partition still? Thanks!

There is software that allows Windows to read Mac-formatted (HFS+) files, and there also is software to <strike>read</strike> write Windows-formatted (NTFS) files.
To write to a NTFS-formatted file in Mac OS X, get MacFuse. To read and write a HFS+-formatted file in Windows, get MacDrive.
EDIT: Edited, thanks cashmonee. -
Just to clarify, OS X can read NTFS no problem. It just can't write to NTFS. Windows can not read or write to HFS+. So if all you need to do is read NTFS, you don't need any extra software or drivers.
