Pics : My 1st ever Mac ....... the new Macbook .....!!

Just got hold of my first ever mac when i was in USA couple of weeks back

I bought a Macbook 10 days before the REFRESH models with Penryn and more RAM came out. I paid restocking so I could take it back and get the new one. I snapped a few quick unboxing photos of the new one but I really appreciate your photos. One thing that is missing now is the remote. I can tell yours is the REFRESH because there's no remote. No big deal. I'd rather have faster CPU, more HDD, more RAM and longer battery life (Penryn CPU) than the remote anyway.

just got the delivery of invisible macmate from ebay........transparent stickers for whole mac.

its awesome......they made it with perfection......every mm is taken care of

front + back + palm rest + track pad + each n every key + area of webcam

Wow, that is quite a lot of pictures, but they are nice, though it takes me 2 seconds to figure out the date.
I have the macbook pro and I love it. Hope that you like your macbook too.

guys i got the invisible protection sheets for mac......applied them....now i feel much safer

no tension of getting scratches on my baby

Btw, why don't macs come in black and other colours ?? ... sure it looks good but once you get used to lookin' at it, white just starts looking ordinary....

Very nice pictures. How hard was it to apply the screen protector? I was thinking of ordering one for myself, but I am not sure I would be able to get all the bubbles out. I had a hard enough time putting one on my iPhone.

 

Congrats on your purchase. I'm a complete Apple convert thanks to my macbook. Enjoy! I haven't had any problems with this computers, it's good to know that your computer won't crap out on you when you need it.

I saw the white and the black model side by side st the apple store. And in my opinion the white looks better.

its not very hard to put the protector. the smaller ones for palm rest, etc are a piece of cake to put on.
the one on top and bottom of mac is a bit tricky.
I did it carefully & was able to get it on with a few air bubbles.......but felt irritated seeing those.........then got an idea i pricked the bubbles carefully with a needle and the air bubbles were gone

 

even i think that a mac is better than a PC.......best thing is no virus headache

And how much of a performance improvement did you notice? And was it worth the price difference that you paid?
