Just look at the Microsoft "I'm a PC" commercial, you'll see a lot of celebs that use Macs. You won't see the Macs but just know the majority in that ad are Mac users. It amazes me that even they can be bought to advertise something they don't even use.

 

They are celebrities. At the end of the day, I doubt they need to slave over a computer very much. They have people who do most of that for them. Likewise, they probably don't have a whole lot of input into the purchase of the laptops and whatever else they travel with.

I would love to see real, not "random Mac rumor site" evidence of Eva Langoria outright saying she's a Mac user. Video of the moment would be appreciated also, and not a paid moment.

Yeah, we're so pathetic, yet, you're the one who with-in 10 seconds manages to post a reply to my post... I wonder how many reloads of the page that was in the 5 minutes it took me to reply? Hmmm... Yeah, you need to take a lot at yourself, by the sound of it before you start trashing other people's habits... Here's a candy for ya... if it makes you feel better, yes, people with macs are very special because celebrities also have them.

 

This is simply another thread that user can discuss and enjoy on this Apple forum. If the topic offend you so much, I don't see why it would, you can take it up to a moderators instead of insulting it.

I'm glad that you want to express your view on this topic. However, instead of creating an atmosphere for normal discussion you decided to be a jerk. Don't expect people to treat you well after you portray yourself that way

How long before Apple catches onto this idea and sponsors a "Mac Sighting" report from Mary Hart on Entertainment Tonight? LOL, if Prada made a computer you can bet all the celebs would be using it.

 

Read your post again for me will you? Lol, I mean obviously 90% of movie stars use Macs right? What was that about the kettle and the pot again?

 

It is also worth noting celebs get sent all this kind of stuff for FREE all the time. Clothes, watches, accessories, gadgets and likely laptops, etc etc... Companies do this in hopes of impressionable people seeing them with brand X of such product in a photo and then absolutely needing it because Jessica Alba has one.

 

FYI, I don't use a Mac. And so what, you've obviously been updating the UCP about 20 times then. Seriously, I'm not trying to bring on a fight here, but you honestly fail at making people feel stupid about posting in this thread... the context you post things is primary school standards...
