Iam downloading a .iso file and I need to extract a .rar file in it. WinRAR is the program i use for windows but from what I see it is not compatible with mac? Does anyone know any free programs to use to extract a .rar file? Thanks for the help.

WinRAR supports Mac OS X but only as a command line utility :)...RAR Expander, UnRarX,... maybe?

I'll second RogueMonk's nod to The Unarchiver. The added bonus is that it's free, unlike the higher end versions of StuffIt (and it's less clunky).
