    Just a quick question about apple refurbs. If I were to get one, am I going to find Joe Schmoe's documents and pics, or do they atleast reformat the drive and reinstall OSX fresh? (Hoping for the latter, and I'm sure they do, just covering my basis here).

    You won't find anything funny like that. They go through the whole thing, and make it like it never had a previous owner.

    If you managed to get something with somebody's documents, Apple could potentially be sued for that...
