I just repaired my Disk Permissions in Leopard and noticed the following message. "Warning: SUID file "System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ARDAgent" has been modified and will not be repaired."

According to Apple, Mac OS X 10.5: Disk Utility's Repair Disk Permissions reports a permissions issue with ARDAgent,
Some people on other Forums seem very concerned over this warning. The point is, don't worry about it.
