    I'm just curious what the exchange and return policy is from refurbished macbooks purchased from Apple's website.

    I believe it's the same as the return policy for new macs.

    They will charge a 15% restocking fee unless you can convince them that there's a defect and get them to waive it. That's what I did.

    They charged you 15%? I read their warranty policy linked to above and it said 10%. :confused:
