I recently got my first mac and decided to bootcamp Windows XP and then have it configured work with Parallels. This was more as a safety net in case the OS transition took too long. I'm glad to say that it went great and I just removed my Windows partition through bootcamp. The next step is to trash parallels since I don't need it anymore.
This is where my paranoia comes in. I know that I can just drag applications into the trash and be done with them, but I can't help but think I'll need to do more to get rid of Parallels.
Is it safe to just delete the Parallels folder in Applications? Will this mess up my beautiful MBP or is there an uninstaller I didn't notice?

stealthsniper96 What Was I Thinkin'?
There might be an uninstaller. Put the disk back in and see.

I prefer to use uninstaller applications like appDelete if the program doesn't come with it's own uninstaller.

Ah I didn't think of that! Here I was googling for the answer and finding all these annoyingly complex instructions with a list of files to delete and terminal codes.
I re-downloaded from the parallels site and saw the uninstaller. A simple solution for what should be a simple task.
I think it would be cool if there was a central add/remove application. Yes, yes I know I'm still a bit "Windowfied" but hey.
Thanks for your help! +1 reg -
