    Hey guys,

I was wondering where is a good place to sell old computer models before you buy a new one.

And also how long do you use a notebook before you go for a new one?

    Any trade-ins programs for Apple?

Most people sell their former computers on eBay due to its popularity. Apple does not have a trade in program for older models. Macs do retain their value quite well, so their price does not deprecate too much over time.
I suppose the time for replacing your computer would totally depend on your needs. If you need the latest technology to perform cutting edge technological work, then it might be less than a year before a replacement is needed. If all you do is light weight tasks, it might be 5 years or more before you need to replace.

Agreed, Apple sales are brisk on eBay. Do a clean install, take a few good photos, and you'll be on your way.

    Thanks for the reply.

What is the general pricing policy then?
