    Actually those are for sound dampening, not Ipad using. My cats are INSANELY quiet when they want to be, but can also be really loud. Sometimes to get my attention one of my cats will jump off something high and make as much noise as is possible for a eight pound cat to make on impact with the ground. And then sometimes it will be perfectly quiet, so you can almost hear your own heartbeat, and he'll jump on to my lap out of nowhere and scare my pants off. (figuratively, not literally)
