Hey everyone,
I just bought the 13" MBP from Microcenter about 3 weeks ago now. This morning I went to class, and took the unit out of my book bag and felt/heard something loose inside.
As I tilt it from side to side it sounds like something is sliding (sounds bigger than a screw), and if I hold onto the bottom I can feel it move as well.
Any ideas?

Not normal. Three weeks old? My first inclination would be to exchange the unit.
Otherwise, remove the bottom case cover to ascertain what the loose part is. If it is metallic, it could be an electrical hazzard to any exposed circuits. Even if not metallic, it still is something you don't want to be left unidentified.
The only other option is to submit for warranty repair. Over the counter at a Genius Bar they should be able to deal with it right away. -
Thanks. Guess I'll take it back to microcenter and see if they can look at it. Just need to find my receipt.

if you paid with credit card, then they can look it up

it might be something lose.. or something that somehow got inside through the vents...
