You dont... Just click on the link that describes where you got it (e.g., online vs. store), enter your serial number to validate and complete the order with your credit card # :D

did you purchase in-store or online? if online, you have to enter your apple ID and password to log into your account. if you bought in-store you have to enter your serial number. i just clicked both canadian links and both are working redirecting to the proper places.

thats very strange, I bought it online and when i click on the Canadian Customer link it directs me to sign in, then I do sign in but my cart ends up being empty... very strange. Did anybody from Canada get it to work?

Same thing just happened to me. It would show cart empty. But a few minutes later I reloaded the page and it had 3 orders for SL Uptodate DVD (I had tried three times to order it). Ordered now for $13 CAD. I'm hoping it'll ship before the 28th.

sorry for hi-jacking, but my question may be benefit for some people when orrdering Snow Leopard.
Is there any orther way to view S/N, besides openning the bottom of the macbook?

Just click the Apple logo on top left and then About this Mac and then more information I think.

But if you ordered your Mac directly from Apple you don't need to supply a S/N.

    click the Apple menu..
    Click About This Mac

on the window that pops up, click where it says your OS version right under "Mac OS X" and above" Software Update" button. It will change from the software number to the build number.... if you click it one more time it will change from the build number to your serial number.

basically click on that link, the Canadian Customers link from the uptodate page, then go to the snow leopard page where you can buy it for 35$, put it in your cart and you should see the snow leopard upgrade for 13 dollars so then just get rid of the snow leopard that costs $35. Hope that helps.

Not showing up for me, i bought my UMBP refurbished about a month ago. I'll try again later. When does snow leopard actually show up on shelves? I might just go and buy one for $10 since there are 2 apple stores within 15 mins of me.
