I have just bought a mbp in Hong Kong as it's about few hundred pound cheap than it is in the UK, question is I am going to use it in the UK, and once snow leopard is released can I get it for 7.95? Or is it only limited to UK purchase?

There is the official thing from apple, one of them says it can't be a purchase from a reseller but directly fro apple. So I guess depending on where you bought it you might be able to qualify.
